Britannica vs. Wikipedia: a FUI?

Should "Britannica versus Wikipedia references" be a FUI? I mean, like Tewy said: "That's about the same as banning all vandalism nominations." Chrishy man 18:36, 27 April 2007 (UTC) reply

Like I said, maybe we should include a disclaimer (such as "Do not explicitly mention a Britannica vs. Wikipedia reference as it will rarely be approved, however, if the links make the reference, the motto has a higher chance of being approved.") Is that good? ~  Magnus animum ( aka Steptrip) 23:23, 27 April 2007 (UTC) reply

I'm going to transfer this discussion to WT:MOTD/N, where everyone seems to be. ~  Magnus animum ∵  φ γ 22:16, 28 April 2007 (UTC) reply
