Just expanded the instructions, which are almost identical to the WP:FPOC instructions. I also created two new templates, {{ FPRC top}} and {{ FPRC bottom}} for archiving old discussions. - Maybe this is not the correct talk page. I had a look at the Portal:France today for the first time and I saw that this portal has not been maintained since October 2008. It should not be a Featured Portal anymore. Am I wrong? -- 13Peewit ( talk) 21:19, 15 January 2011 (UTC)
