The subject, Baye McNeil, has been in the news quite a bit - internationally - since this article was deleted. Sources include the BBC, New York Times, vox.com, New York Daily News, TBS (Japan) and others. Thus, I feel he is sufficiently notable to merit a Wikipedia article. Also, it does not seem to me there was actually a consensus on deleting the article in the first place. I see three "keep" votes and three "delete" votes. For these reasons, I would like to request the article be available for further editing and resubmission.
