When I tried to navigate to this hostname, "xyhd.tv", I got a warning about "Proxy/Hacking content" or some such (right now I'm editing from behind a firewall). I'm not really sure how one would go about further checking a given IP, but ahbl.org did not indicate this is a proxy.

I looked at the links in the scan report, and I see that this IP is listed on at least 3 blacklist sites: NAJBL, NoMoreFunn, and spamhaus.org (XBL). Does that situation have any relationship to the apparent ability of a North American user to use this Chinese IP? Orlady ( talk) 16:25, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
