Reason: Suspicious edits

Seems like a proxy. Port scan/Nmap show no open ports. It is listed in pastebin by anonymous, a hacker group known to work through proxies. Also, has an entry in the forums at alboraaq.com, another hacker website, listing it as a SOCKS proxy, using port 62680. Seems to be dead/closed now - I can ping it, but port scanning common ports returns nothing, and I am unable to load pages through it using any common ports. It is possible the port in use for the SOCKS proxy has changed, as I did not scan all, only those most commonly used. Avic enna sis @ 20:32, 30 March 2010 (UTC)

Reason: Tons of vandalism

The short block in place now for vandalism is sufficient. No evidence of open proxy activity. Jehochman Talk 22:07, 20 March 2010 (UTC)
