[Speedy] Additional spacecraft-stub templates

The result of the debate was create.
A handful of additional countries have reached the threshold for template creation set out in
the discussion which set up categorisation of spacecraft stubs by country, so I am proposing creation of upmerged templates under criterion S2 for the following:
- {{ Argentina-spacecraft-stub}} for Argentina
- {{ Brazil-spacecraft-stub}} for Brazil
- {{ Italy-spacecraft-stub}} for Italy
- {{ Norway-spacecraft-stub}} for Norway
- {{ ROK-spacecraft-stub}} for the Republic of Korea (South Korea) following the pattern used with other templates of this type where the country name had more than one word
- {{ Spain-spacecraft-stub}} for Spain
- {{ Turkey-spacecraft-stub}} for Turkey
- I will create on 2 October (I think speedy creation is two days from posting, but no timeframe is given on this page anymore) unless there are objections. -- W. D. Graham 21:56, 30 September 2013 (UTC)

Category:Medical biography stubs currently contains 631 articles, so I thought we should create some country-specific templates (and categories if transcluded on more than 60 articles):

- {{ CzechRepublic-med-bio-stub}} - Category:Czech medical biography stubs

- {{ Netherlands-med-bio-stub}}
