The Community Area's article should look something like this before it is submitted to FAC. Note that per ADVICEPAGE this is not a substitute for the Featured Article criteria, but merely an expression of how such criteria would be applied to these kinds of articles.
The infobox is omitted here, but should include a picture of a landmark associated with the area, a map of the areas with the area highlighted, latest Demographics and Geography, etc.
Name is one of the 77 community areas in Chicago. The XXth numbered area, it is on the ... side, located (distance) from the Loop. (More information on its history and culture, lead stuff, etc.)
If there is only one neighborhood in the area, this can just be "Geography" and not have any subsections. Include land/water area, area number, distance from Loop (if applicable), and coordinates.
This should include all of the Census results since 1930 (which most do already, though add them if you find one that doesn't). Include races, ages, income distribution, etc., generally courtesy of CMAP.
Include employment statistics from CMAP, including industry and location of employment.
Should include the current aldermen and County Commissioners. Ideally will also include the list of aldermen since 1923, and even better since the area became a part of the city (or 1837, for the really old parts). A list of County Commissioners since 1994 (prior to which the Board was at-large) might also be in order.
Should include the current state senators and representatives. Will ideally also include a list of them since 2001 (how far back the Board of Elections has boundaries that I know of).
Should include the current Congressmen, and Presidential election results since at least 2012. Ideally will also include a complete list of Congressmen since 1901.
Should include township(s) (abolished in 1902 for government in the city, but still used for property assessment), judicial subcircuit(s), police office(s), fire station(s), and post office(s), along with other things that might be in order.
Include transportation statistics from CMAP and local transportation line(s), if any.
Include education attatinment statistics from CMAP and local school(s) zoned.
Include parkland statistics from CMAP and nearby notable park(s), if any. Ideally would also include pre-1934 Park District, but I can't find a good source for those. Also add/cite facilities for each park courtesy of CPD.
This is a fairly dangerous area for FA territory. Do not include people that are already mentioned in the article prose. Subjects on the list must pass Wikipedia's GNG as well.
Iff this section exists, remember to link the Chicago portal to it, and the Commons Category of the area.
Some areas might have other sections, especially such famous ones as the Loop and the Near North Side with "Attractions". Treat this with the best sourcing and integrate it into the article text as well as possible.
