WikiConference North America, formerly WikiConference USA, is an annual Wikimedia conference dedicated to Wikimedia projects and volunteers in Canada, Mexico, and the United States. For more information, visit wikiconference.org.

History

The first WikiConference USA was held in New York City in 2014. The 2015 conference took place in Washington, D.C. In 2016, the event was expanded and rebranded as WikiConference North America, and took place at the San Diego Central Library, October 8–10. The 2017 conference was held as a pre-conference to Wikimania 2017 at Le Centre Sheraton Hotel in Montreal, August 9–10. The 2020–2022 conferences were held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The 2023 event was held in Toronto.
