Ugaas Raage was recently banned after
an ANI report pointing to extremely tendentious and disruptive editing on pages about various Somali military leaders. The IP addresses
197.157.231.74,
105.161.201.189, and/or
105.49.191.206 are making exactly the same kinds of edits. Clicking on each IP will show the geolocation and IP information, showing that all three IP addresses are almost certainly from the same person; a checkuser may be necessary to confirm that
Ugaas Raage's IP matches. Example diffs:
Check declined – Checkusers will not link accounts to IPs, per the
privacy policy. Behavioural evidence needs evaluation.

Brusquedandelion: it is a dynamic IP, not a registered account. ISPs frequently rotate the IPs assigned for each client. If I block them indefinitely, it would impact the next, unrelated recipient of the IP address.
