Tweakhere created a user page but its history shows that first the user created the page with "Tweakhere", then 115.113.23.132 added some promotional content to it (Tweakhere might have probably logged out) and then Tweakhere again logged in and added a link to the website, later Tweakhere created a simiar article in the article space which got speedy deleted G11. This may have been done to give the impression that two people have been advertising instead of one and hence evade a likely block.
I am unable to provide diffs right now, as Tweakhere has bee deleted and User:Tweakhere has been nominated for CSD G11 and may be deleted soon. Diffs and history of both pages may be provided by an administrator on request, but in the rare case that the speedy deletion of the user page is declined, I may be able to provide diffs of it.
