Suspected sockpuppets


  • Similar material being added: [1], [2]
  • Both diffs contain the exact phrase "gradient of matter waves' synergetic (energetically favourable) constructive interference" with almost exact underlying wikitext.
  • Both diffs reference "electrical treeing".
  • Similar style of highly irrelevant and nonsensical material; recognizable "flavor of crazy".
  • Both have randomly-generated-ish user names.
  • Both users continue to add material while undoing any reversions until blocked; both users are currently blocked.

  • A flurry of edits to Terence McKenna (  | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) within a short period of time, all from Saint Petersburg, Russia.
  • Same (or similar) unsourced, nonsensical, irrelevant material being added again; identifiable "flavor of crazy".
  • Compare content added by old socks [3] with content by new socks [4] in the following points. (Original unmolested content: [5].)
  • Same image added, File:Large-scale_structure_formation.gif
  • Compare:
    • "Sheldrake views the universe as a swarm of matter waves (elementary particles, atoms and molecules), spiralling down the gradient of their synergetic (energetically favourable) constructive interference."
    • "McKenna viewed the universe as a swarm of matter waves, spiralling down the gradient of their synergetic (energetically favourable) constructive interference"
  • Compare (one word different):
    • "when two matter waves become connected by mutual constructive interference (quantum entanglement, rapport), they intuit or grok each other" (Sheldrake article)
    • "when two matter waves become connected by mutual constructive interference (quantum entanglement, rapport), they imagine or grok each other" (McKenna article)
