- Supporting evidence: User:Codreanu was perm-blocked for anti-Semitic edits like this [1] ("Jewish lies", "lies about false numbers of Holocaust") at National Revival of Poland. During the same period of time IP 91.94.89.179 was iserting Codreanu additions, that were removed as vandalism [2]. Now IP 91.94.22.184 from similar range appeared and begun restoring Codreanu version including the same slurs ("Jewish lies", etc.) [3], [4]. I think ban evasion is quite obvious in this case.
