Kowari (software)Mulgara

The result of the debate was retarget. --- RockMFR 17:29, 2 March 2008 (UTC) reply

Hard to see what one has to do with the other. Was blanked by another editor, bringing it here. Carlossuarez46 ( talk) 22:37, 22 February 2008 (UTC) reply

  • Delete It seems Kowari software has forked with a new name of Mulgara [1]. But this isn't an appropriate redirect.-- Crossmr ( talk) 02:55, 23 February 2008 (UTC) reply
  • Re-target to Mulgara (software). -- JLaTondre ( talk) 12:15, 23 February 2008 (UTC) reply
  • Retarget per JLaTondre. The Mulgara (software) page could probably use a mention of the forking, but that's not an issue for RfD. Alternately, if someone is willing, it could be fleshed out into an article. Gavia immer ( talk) 14:20, 23 February 2008 (UTC) reply

The result of the debate was Converted to article. -- JLaTondre ( talk) 02:02, 3 March 2008 (UTC) reply

Several editors have expressed concern that they don't feel that the name of a genre should be redirected to a specific game in the genre. The genre article was previously deleted because no reliable sources could be found for the genre itself. When it was recreated (which it often is) it was redirected to try and curb the WP:OR creation. Deleting the redirect would curb the fears, but I think its going to only end up being redirected again as another new user attempts to create an unsourced article in its place. It might be worth salting the earth with a note pointing people to Deletion review. Crossmr ( talk) 16:49, 22 February 2008 (UTC) reply

  • Salting? Better to just add some sources and clean up the article. So I did. That's a Keep. Colonel Warden ( talk) 03:07, 23 February 2008 (UTC) reply

Timmy's World At NightThe Pebble and the Penguin

The result of the debate was Deleted. History shows it as leftover page move vandalism. -- JLaTondre ( talk) 12:18, 23 February 2008 (UTC) reply

This has nothing whatsoever to do with the film it redirects to. Besides, it's not even heard in the film itself! Slgrandson ( How's my egg-throwing coleslaw?) 05:05, 22 February 2008 (UTC) reply

  • Speedy delete as G3 (pure vandalism). This is a leftover of a spurious page move, nothing more. I have tagged it. Gavia immer ( talk) 14:30, 22 February 2008 (UTC) reply
  • Delete Very obvious that this has nothing to do with the film.-- Crossmr ( talk) 02:53, 23 February 2008 (UTC) reply

Ween (slang)Penis

The result of the debate was delete and remove from disambiguation page. bibliomaniac 1 5 00:23, 29 February 2008 (UTC) reply

It has nothing to do with the target page. David Pro ( talk) 18:11, 22 February 2008 (UTC) reply

  • Delete improbable search term. Adding parenthetical comments usually serves the purpose of disambiguation, so it seems unlike to me that someone would type that in the search box. Perhaps it is a regional variant, but I am not familiar with the term. The entry on Ween (disambiguation) should be removed or at the very least (of this gets deleted) not hyperlinked.- Andrew c  [talk] 02:05, 23 February 2008 (UTC) reply
  • Delete Unless there was ever an article there, there is no reason for this redirect. I can't imagine anyone ever searching for the term like this.-- Crossmr ( talk) 02:57, 23 February 2008 (UTC) reply
  • Comment. I think that terms like this are unlikely and confusing. David Pro ( talk) 15:20, 23 February 2008 (UTC) reply
