The subject Targeted individual / Targeted Individual was extensively discussed at two AfDs and at least two AN/I threads. Yambaram Created this draft in March 2014, but did nothing to this and soon abandoned Wikipedia. Since then the article attracted attention of an SPA and a couple of IPs which continued pumping into it texts that fail Wikipedia standards. Recently I delete 75% of it. I was intended to monitor it whether something reasonable grows from it, but now I think that it actually falls under MFD criterion "...they have lingered in userspace for an extended period of time without improvement to address the concerns...". Well, it lingered for nearly a year. Staszek Lem ( talk) 21:33, 2 February 2015 (UTC) reply

  • Delete. I've been considering MFD'ing this myself. WP:STALEDRAFT advises that in the case of drafts in the userspace of retired editors, "if entirely unsuitable [for mainspace], seek deletion". And that's true here. Regardless of how long this has or hasn't been hanging around in this draft form, the topic—a conspiracy theory that has never had reliable sources—has been roundly and repeatedly rejected from mainspace, under more titles than I can count, dating back literally a decade now.
