Portal:Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

Portal:Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn ( | talk | history | links | watch | logs)

Portal that is a poor version of article Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn with less information. A randomly selected test case for the numerous portals on creative professionals like artists, writers, musicians etc. Even the most well known creative people have a fairly small universe of pages already linked from the BIO. If you want to learn about his books just follow the links on the BIO page, you don't need a "portal" to give you random pages about his work. Legacypac ( talk) 04:51, 3 March 2019 (UTC) reply

  • Delete - As Legacypac says, the way to explore a writer's opus is by starting from the biography. Robert McClenon ( talk) 00:16, 4 March 2019 (UTC) reply
  • Keep - Looks like a good starting portal. The lack of content only highlights the need for more content about Solzhenitsyn.-- Auric talk 13:37, 4 March 2019 (UTC) reply
There is tons of content about him in the article but a one page portal does an objectively terrible job of presenting it. Legacypac ( talk) 18:01, 4 March 2019 (UTC) reply
  • Delete, as per the rest of these god-awful auto-generated-from-a-navbox portals. ♠ PMC(talk) 05:50, 13 March 2019 (UTC) reply
