Winnie the Pooh, it cannot be copyrighted by the uploader, and is in fact a copyright violation. Orphaned now; was never used in any article.-

Keep. Ral315 deleted a superior version (with a higher resolution) so I'm trying to rectify the resolution. It is not a derivative work of the Disney cartoons because it wasn't explictly copied by either analog or digital means. If anything, it looks like Winnie the Pooh, but it is not the exact drawing, and probably uses a different method to come to the same conclusion, just like we did for
Image:Mrt lrt system map (current).png. Different method, almost same conclusion = not a copyvio. Trademarks is a different issue, but for use on a userpage I don't think it's infringement either (we're not claiming to sell anything.) See

Rootkit. There is no official logos for any class of malware, like viruses, rootkits, spyware, and worms, so I do not believe that this logo is unencyclopedic. Also, there is no source listed for this file.
