Possibly copyrighted/non-free. The song itself appears out of copyright (PD-old), but the performers/orchestra still own the copyright on their rendition. Missing verifiable source, so I can't even lookup who the performing band/orchestra was. FASTILY 01:34, 16 October 2020 (UTC) reply

This non-free image is claimed to be used to "show what the band looked like in 2014". The image is not the subject of significant sourced commentary. There is no indication as to why there needs to be an image of the band in 2014. There are free images of the band already in the article. Fails WP:NFCC#8. There was another image in its place before I uploaded this one; however it was out of date and wasn't relevant to the section of the article, so I replaced it with this one as it is more relevant. If the issue is about the image being non-free, I can reupload it and make it a free image if that would be satisfactory? If not, please let me know how this matter can potentially be resolved. Thanks. Bandit5660 ( talk) 20:45, 17 October 2020 (BST)

This non-free image has a stated purpose to "illustrate Gene Rayburn in his later years". The image is not subject of significant sourced commentary nor is there any indicatoon as why there needs to be a picture of Rayburn in his later years. Fails WP:NFCC#8. • Delete unless OTRS confirmaton of permission is received. The file information is rather odd. The image is claimed as own work and attributed to another editor who does not seem to have anything to do with this. This is a copy of the skyscraper city image complete with watermark in the lower left of the image. -- Whpq ( talk) 20:49, 16 October 2020 (UTC) reply
