I requested CSD because it had a PD license, but it was simply changed to CC-BY-SA-3 and not deleted (which is OK, because for some reason I didn't look at the general criteria, so I have a feeling this is a "technical foul" for choosing the wrong criterion). However, it was created to be POINTY on an AfD discussion. As it was never intended to be and never will be used in an article, it's an orphan image, and should probably be deleted anyhow. • Not a technical foul; it simply didn't qualify for speedy deletion. Except for {{ db-g7}} situations, Wikipedia screenshots are just about never speedy deleteable, and this wasn't one of the rare exceptions. Keep because we routinely use screenshots in non-article pages. Yes, its use in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Somewhere in America (album) is unusual, but it's not prohibited by some sort of policy, and deleting this image would interrupt the uploader's argument at the AFD page.
