Resolved: Egregious violation removed, although I suspect there may be more. I am watching this article, since the material has been reintroduced, and it may well be reintroduced again. Both contributors (likely the same contributor, logged out)have been warned, and block may be necessary if they persist. --

here. The contributor
claims to be the author of both, but there is no means to verify this. Currently investigating Wikimapia's licensing. --
