Hi there. I have let Golbez know that I am trying to usurp "Andrew" and he has indicated that he is happy with this. I have not talked about this specific issue. It is within a bureaucrat's discretion, but regular practice is not to grant requests that would effectively take away the SUL claim from a user in another project (see WP:Handling SUL conflicts). It is within a bureaucrat's discretion, but regular practice is not to grant requests that would effectively take away the SUL claim from a user in another project (see WP:Handling SUL conflicts). If this request is not granted the best option I can see is to wait some time, at least a year, for the accounts to be considered stale — Frankie ( talk) 17:44, 10 October 2012 (UTC)
