Reason: I am currently working on wiki (en) with the user name Lebob-BE but I use Lebob on all other wiki, in particular the French one. When I tried to register as Lebob on wiki (en) I realised that this user name was already taken by a user who a posted one single time since December 2004. I would be easier for me to also have the same user name in English among other for SUL reasons. Since couple of weeks I get disconnected when I switch from wiki (en) to wiki (fr) or conversely and I have login again several time a day. I wonder whether this is linked to SUL issuesor due to other reasons.

I think what Demize means is that there are users with the name Cliff on a number of projects. They will need to be renamed individually by bureaucrats from each of those wikis if you want the name on very project. As most have made zero edits, this shouldn't be a problem - just a bit time consuming making all the requests. You don't need to have the name on every project though, if you create a SUL after being renamed, that will give you the name on every project where it isn't already taken. Frankly spoken: I only strongly assume that I created that very account but I have no clue about the email account (and therefore I don't have access to it anymore). If I knew the email account I might be able to remember the password ... but that's a classified information of course. In that case, the ja.wiki user has a few edits and holds claim to the SUL, but I'll leave it up to a 'crat to decide whether or not to process the request.
