- (1) He can't just create the new name - the software won't allow it as its too similar to an existing name (his current one). (2) Both current and requested names seem to be in violation of our username policy, in that they are promotional usernames. - (1) He can't just create the new name - the software won't allow it as its too similar to an existing name (his current one). (2) Both current and requested names seem to be in violation of our username policy, in that they are promotional usernames. I think we can safely assume that the user does not want the user name "JanieBeth privacy purposes" and the requested username is actually "JanieBeth" and "privacy purposes" is the reason, so I have changed the template to reflect that. --
