Reason: my reason for requesting a new user name is that Tsarina Alexandra Hesse sounds silly, and Alexandra Feodorovna (Alix of Hesse and by Rhine) sounds far more sensible. It was either Alexandra Feodorovna (Alix of Hesse and by Rhine), or Tsarina Alexandra of Hesse which is already taken. Alexandra Feodorovna (Alix of Hesse and by Rhine) (talk) 11:42, 20 September 2019 (UTC)
(Non-administrator comment) Note: There is an article titled
Alexandra Feodorovna (Alix of Hesse). While you are obviously not that person, it's seems like it might be better to choose another username. --

Alexandra Feodorovna (Alix of Hesse), but that is only because I am annoyed that the article doesn't mention a lot of things about her, like, for example, the fact that she owned the following: a hospital for injured soldier's and officer's (very useful during the first world war), a nursery in Tsarskoe Selo, and a school where poor peasant girl's could get vocational training. Also, it doesn't mention the fact that she devoted all of her free time to her children. Alexandra Feodorovna (Alix of Hesse) (talk) 08:27, 29 September 2019 (UTC)reply

Aphex~enwiki, the
Aphex username has 273 global edits, with at least six of them having been made after
SUL finalisation. They have too many edits for you to reclaim the name. The only way you can reclaim the name "Aphex" is if you can demonstrate that the current user account at that name belongs to you, usually by logging into it and then making an edit confirming it is you. If you do not control "Aphex", we unfortunately cannot proceed with this request; they have made too many edits to be usurped unless they give explicit permission for that to happen. —

request for courtesy vanishing—meaning you intend never to edit the English Wikipedia again—or are you just wanting to abandon this account? Please note that returning after exercising courtesy vanishing may be met with automatic relinking of the new account with the old one. If you are just interested in retiring, an extended vacation, or are considering a
