@ The Phase Master: September 2015 wasn't that long ago. And no, it's not merely time that makes an account eligible for usurpation or not, but about the significance of their edits. If all the edits were 1) Immediately reverted, 2) All deleted, or 3) Only made in userspace that can be deleted, then the account may be eligible for usurpation. I don't believe this is the case here, sadly.
