Reason: I want to change my name because when i requested an account on accounts.wmflabs.org, i filled this username "</M>", but these characters (e.g./ < >) are not allowed, then i temporarily filled this username "M++". I hope someone can change it from M++ to </M>.

Omni Flames:, click
here and try it yourself. When i added </M>, and also filled other boxes e.g.Email, comment, conform email. And then clicked the button, suddenly red box appeared, and the message in box is that these characters are not allowed. Then i filled M++ temporarily and i hope you can change it to </M> again.

M++: That's exactly what I'm saying. If the characters aren't allowed when you're trying to create an account, then the characters won't be allowed when trying to rename your account. It's as simple as that. Omni Flames (

Gasp has not been created at the English Wikipedia so it actually doesn't appear in the link by Omni Flames ({{
CHU|taken|username}} may need a SUL change), but it does appear at
Special:CentralAuth/Gasp. Here you have to choose a name that isn't registered at any Wikimedia wiki. You can check that at
Special:CentralAuth.

You've only made 70 global edits globally. The other account has 56. That's really not a lot more than the other account. They have the SUL now, so it's unlikely that you'll be able to take the name, especially when it has over 50 edits. Omni Flames (
