Reason: I previously posted this on the
usurp board. This is an unusual request. I control neither of the above accounts, nor does anyone else, I think. I am a Wikipedia
campus ambassador. I am working with a professor at a university who intends to have his students write on Wikipedia for one of their assignments. He wants the user account
user:rgairola but the account
user:RGAIROLA is already taken. He is of the belief that he registered RGAIROLA years ago and never used it and did not assign an email address to it. Now he does not remember the password and cannot login. I am writing to request on his behalf access to an account with name
user:rgairola.
So far as I know this place would be the best place to ask for access to this account. Could I have account user:rgairola created then have the password emailed to me? I will configure the account to hold his university email in case he forgets his password again.
I know this fails every criteria - target account too new, usurping user inexperienced, no email can be sent to target, plus I am not even the account owner/recipient. I am asking for special attention despite all this because I want the campus ambassador program to go smoothly, and I feel that this kind of occurrence is to be accepted when non-Wikipedians are asked to try to engage the project. If you can help me I would appreciate it. Thanks for your attention.

email me the professor's email and I will

Reason: This is my desired username. (I created this username in 2006, it just was created in English & Persian Wikis, Now I wanna have a global username named "Mehran" in all wikis, I renamed it in Persian Wiki, now what should I do to have this account in all wikis?)

This reads more like an
WP:ACC request. User wants 'rgairola' but can't because 'RGAIROLA' is too similar. No CHU is required, just
email me the professor's email and I will
force create the account with a random password to their email address. –
xenotalk 14:41, 27 September 2011 (UTC)reply
Not done; new account under target name created instead - password sent by email. –
