request for courtesy vanishing—meaning you intend never to edit the English Wikipedia again—or are you just wanting to abandon this account? Reason: I received a message from Wikipedia suggestion that I change, as this name (the Hebrew word for "Community") causes confusion with other articles I have edited. In order to have my edits to those articles stick, I need to change my user name and submit to an impartial editor. Thanks!

Reason: I currently have a global account, DCI2026, but changed my English Wiki username some months back, disrupting consolidations of the global account. I'd like to change back to DCI2026 (only on English Wiki) so I can then consolidate my global account and change my username Wikimedia-wide on Meta to something I'd prefer more. Any other DCI2026's will be me, on other wikis.

Bureaucrat note: Is this a
request for courtesy vanishing—meaning you intend never to edit the English Wikipedia again—or are you just wanting to abandon this account? Please note that returning after exercising courtesy vanishing may be met with automatic relinking of the new account with the old one. If you are just interested in retiring, an extended vacation, or are considering a
clean start in the future, placing {{
retired}} on your user and/or talk page(s) and abandoning the account is the better option. --

Comment - Changing to a user name that is a string of digits which are unmemorable and unmemorizable does not seem like a good idea. It feels like an attempt to obscure identity, which is unnecessary if the user is vanishing and will not be editing again.
