My username in the Dutch Wikipedia is Laurier, and I want to unify my accounts with that name. I suspect the English Laurier was also me, but I seem to have forgotten my password. I would like to use the username Laurier on all Wikipedia's. Thank you in advance.
My username on wiktionary is Håkon (this is my real first name), and I would like an account on Wikipedia also with this name. User:Håkon has made no edits, as far as I understand. I may have created this account myself a long time ago, but in that case I can no longer remember the password and I probably used an old e-mail address which I do not have access to any longer.
My home wiki is nl.wikipedia.org. I would like to have the same username on the English Wikipedia for translation purposes. But when I was unifying my global account I found out someone else created this account name in 2006. I would be glad if one of you couldlet me usurp this username so I can use the same username on the English as well as on the Dutch Wikipedia.

My home wiki is 'wikiquote'. I am placing this request without logging as I can't log in with username 'Raama'.
To confirm that this request is placed by user:Raama having unified account on all wikis except wikipedia, I will log in to wikiquote with my username 'Rama' and I will type confirmation code word Vaidehi.

This is an odd situation. I am sure I registered an account on the English Wikipedia, probably even before I started with the Vietnamese Wikipedia, Wikisource and Wiktionary, but I don't seem to have the password for en.wikipedia.org. Neither do I receive a new password when I request it. So I am unsure if I messed up the original registration (lost the details, supplied a wrong/obsolete email address or put a typo in it), or whether this is actually someone else's account. I've wanted on quite a few occasions to edit pages on the English Wikipedia, but each time haven't been able to login successfully, and haven't had enough concentration-time to follow this procedure through. (Note: I have M.E., similar to M.S., so my participation is intermittent, but I do whatever I can. Right now, I'd like to do some editing. ;) I've just joined Usability and Prototype, and I'm enjoying the browser test process. I also want to see if I can break the beta with Vietnamese: it's a test case for Unicode support. And I don't know how long this particular "clear patch" of concentration will last, so I want to do as much as I can ASAP. Apart from that, there's no rush and everything is fine. :D )
I notice that the "Clytie" account on en.wikipedia.org has no edits or pages, which, if it is my account, means I must have lost the password. But I hope it also means that if the account does belong to someone else, I won't be interfering with their work by requesting that username. I also have the username "Clytie" in a large number of other wikis and CMS online, not to mention fora, software-development portals and throughout the free-software translation arena, so a great many people expect "Clytie" to be me. It's a very unusual name (my real name), and has become associated with my work, especially in volunteer translation and mentoring.
So I'd really like to have "Clytie" as my SUL (which seems to be OK), but also to be able to use it in en.wikipedia.org, and across the Wikimedia meta-domain. Is that doable and reasonable?
My SUL creation process is paused at the point where I can't find the correct password for "Clytie" on en.wikipedia.org, but the rest of my Wikimedia accounts (home wiki vi.wikisource.org, due to my free-software licence translations) are ready to unify. I'm not sure if I should go ahead, or wait until this issue is resolved. Please advise – and thankyou for your help with this. (I imagine it's not a particularly stress-free and rewarding task.) :) 118.210.126.241 ( talk) 09:15, 16 October 2009 (UTC)
