Nominator's rationale: Useless category. Hybrid buses are extremely common, and running them is not a notable characteristic of any given transit agency. (Compare, for example, to trolleybuses, which are a less common and more notable vehicle type due to the infrastructure and publicity they come with.) This category was created in 2008 when hybrid buses were uncommon; in 2018 it's no longer useful. Pi.1415926535 ( talk) 20:27, 3 April 2018 (UTC) reply

Propose renaming
Nominator's rationale: capitalise per head article Croix de Guerre, with the dab "(France)" to distinguish from it the Belgian decoration known as the Croix de guerre or Oorlogskruis: War Cross (Belgium).
NGrams show a preference for lowercase in recent French [1] but capitalisation predominant in English. [2] (thanks to @ Fayenatic for the research and the page move [3] to the capitalised form, but since it was moved without discussion the categories are ineligible for a speedy rename). -- BrownHairedGirl (talk) • ( contribs) 19:18, 3 April 2018 (UTC) reply

Nominator's rationale: "Flagship Program" is a misnomer, and no such NASA program actually exists. For this reason, I also recently moved the page Flagship Program to Large Strategic Science Missions. NilsTycho ( talk) 16:49, 3 April 2018 (UTC) reply

Nominator's rationale: WP:SMALLCAT which does not meet the conditions required to qualify for an exemption to WP:OCLOCATION: the Category:Film schools in Canada parent is not large enough to require subcategorization by province, and the location is not itself a WP:DEFINING characteristic. Being located in Quebec does not change the notability context of a film school, compared to being located in Ontario or British Columbia -- note, for example, that one of the three institutions here has two campuses, one of which is in Ontario. And it's not a question of language, either, because only one of the three institutions filed here is francophone. So there's simply no need for Quebec to have its own dedicated subcategory here, when no other Canadian province does. Bearcat ( talk) 13:46, 3 April 2018 (UTC) reply

Nominator's rationale: These navboxes are already grouped at Category:NCAA Division I FCS team navigational boxes There's no need to further subdivide them by conference. Jweiss11 ( talk) 04:58, 3 April 2018 (UTC) reply
@ Bagumba: well, it's an administrative category, but not like those other ones. The sub-categories of Category:American college sports navigational boxes by conference contain navboxes whose subject is a conference or a conference-wide element of a conference. The nominated category contains navboxes that are team-specific. To my knowledge the nominee is the only category of its type. Jweiss11 ( talk) 23:16, 3 April 2018 (UTC) reply
Neutral Understood. I don't see it as problematic for this category to exist to group teams from the same conference, and think it might be a good idea to do the same categorization for all conferences. However, I can also understand the desire to delete this if this is the exception and will never be applied to other conferences.— Bagumba ( talk) 12:56, 4 April 2018 (UTC) reply
Again, it's an outlier, one-of-kind category created by editor who didn't appear to be working for consistency across the category tree. Do Category:NCAA Division I FCS team navigational boxes and like need to be subdivided by conference? I think that's unnecessary and would introduce more administrative overhead as teams change conferences—which happen more often than teams change divisional classification. It also would create confusion, as we had above, between categories for templates about a conference and categories for templates about members of a conference.
