Function Details:Alerts users with a message on their talk page if their userboxes are offensive or vandalized. Also notifies user if their user page itself is vandalized.

Denied. A bot operator must have a familiarity with the English Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and must have the trust of the community. In your time here, you have not demonstrated either; rather, you have spent the majority of your time here playing around in your userspace. If you are serious about this request, come back in a few months after you have had time to build a familiarity with Wikipedia as a normal editor.
