Fails WP:ORG. This organization has not received the independent notice we require for a Wikipedia article. Indeed, a single human-interest story in the BBC's local features is not good enough. If the BBC decides to have a human-interest story on a small town community theater group, we don't say that's good enough for a Wikipedia article.
