This is a bunch of statictics, listing how many people were missing, dead or recovered for each day. When the attacks were current affairs, I'm sure that would have been useful somewhere. Now it's just outdated statistics. Also, whomever was missing at the time is quite likely dead by now.

Delete. Some relevent information from this article can be culled and incorporated into the existing
9/11 article. It's unecessary and confusing as a stand-alone article.

Move to the September 11 Wikipedia Project at
sep11:Main Page. It's not that we want to forget those that we have lost, but it's that there needs to be a proper place for it.
