1) Many phrases are widely used. So? Do we need an article explaining what
the blame game (far more widespread uses on Google) means? Or propounding on
corporate greed? These aren't actual independent subjects. This is an article about
money laundering; that's where the concept should be covered.
2) Even if you think it's relevant, this article contains nothing salvageable. "Cleanup" means writing a new one.

Delete This reads like an essay, and appears to be
original research (and much is unsourced). We already have
Follow the money to cover this topic. That article is a bit scant, but more could be added to it.
