This article has clearly been created only for the purposes of promoting the organisation. It is clearly not notable - there are no articles online about it I can find. It seems to be largely sourced from the CIE website itself, or unsourced. DansterTheManster ( talk) 17:30, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
