Membership with the Video games project will now be tracked at
Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Members. The list is divided into "Active" and Inactive" sections. Members that do not edit for a predetermined amount of time will be moved from active to inactive. After another predetermined amount of time, inactive members will be removed from the list all together. Members that are placed in the "Inactive" section or removed from the list can add themselves back to the "Active" section.
Important: The first form of the list put all members in the "Inactive" section by default. Members should list themselves as active this first time around.
As part of the
Project clean up, old "left over" project pages have been added to a
clean up page to discuss appropriate courses of action. Come help out and voice your thoughts.
A discussion about the romanization of foreign words rendered in Japanese katakana took place at
Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style (Japan-related articles). A general request of comments was opened, but was closed without reaching consensus. Editors are encouraged to participate in future discussions. The issue has been ongoing for a while, so please be sure to read up on some past points discussed if you plan on joining the discussion.
