Koriata Petelo (born 13 September 1991) is a Samoan weightlifter who has represented Samoa at the Pacific Mini Games.
At the 2016 Oceania Weightlifting Championships he won a bronze medal in the 94kg division. [2] [3] He won bronze again at the 2017 championships, [4] before taking gold in 2018 in the 105kg division. [5] In 2018 he was selected for the team for the 2018 World Weightlifting Championships, [6] where he qualified for the 2020 Olympics and set a new Oceania record in the 102kg class. [7]
At the 2017 Pacific Mini Games in Port Vila, Vanuatu he won two silvers and a bronze in the 105kg division. [8]
