I have already submitted the real source of data in the Nepalese online news and sites about Laxminiya Youth club. I have submitted each and every proof about the realiabity of the club. This has many sources to be published in wikipedia. Why this article is not published yet? This is 100% realiable & very active youth club in Morang district Nepal. There are many referencer given here for the sources of data which are retrieved from different sites and many news agencies of Nepal. Meanwhile, your sources are all worthless (a Bloomberg profile and Facebook, neither of which we can use) and the article as a whole is not compliant with WP:Biographies of living persons. @ Campusfilla we do not have different standards for different parts of the world. This draft has bee rejected, and will not proceed further. You could consider a new draft, but you will need references, good ones.

For a living person we have a high standard of referencing. Every substantive fact you assert, especially one that is susceptible to potential challenge, requires a citation with a reference that is about them, and is independent of them, in multiple secondary sources which are WP:RS, and is significant coverage. Please also see WP:PRIMARY which details the limited permitted usage of primary sources and WP:SELFPUB which has clear limitations on self published sources. Providing sufficient references, ideally one per fact cited, that meet these tough criteria is likely to make a draft a clear acceptance (0.9 probability).
