Template appears to have a very limited use-case, if one at all, that's not worth cluttering up the list of numerous redirect category templates. As-is, the majority of redirects using this template are mistagged {{
R from fictional character}}s or {{
R from alternative name}}s that may not necessarily be mistagged, but that don't need this template either. To me, it seems like the main use-case of this template is to sort redirects into further categories (such as
Category:Narnia redirects), but this can be accomplished manually on articles not covered by templates like R from fictional character (which also has a field that can populate that category). (See further discussion at
Template talk:R fictional work#Category weirdness.)

Related categories: If including template-populated tracking categories in the TfD nomination, add
{{Catfd|template name}}
to the top of any categories that would be deleted as a result of the TfD, this time replacing template name with the name of the template being nominated. (If you instead chose a meaningful title for a multiple nomination, use{{Catfd}}
instead.)
Related categories: If this is a deletion proposal involving a template and a category populated solely by templates, add this code in the |text= field of the Tfd2 template but before the text of your rationale:
{{subst:Catfd2|category name}}
