- Articles should be created before navboxes. Until this is done they are inherently not a useful aid to navigation. As their name suggests they are meant to help navigate between articles not provide lists of managers. There is no issue with them being recreated once there are sufficient articles to justify their presence.

- Articles should be created before navboxes. Until this is done they are inherently not a useful aid to navigation. As their name suggests they are meant to help navigate between articles not provide lists of managers. There is no issue with them being recreated once there are sufficient articles to justify their presence.
