Using a navbox to denote a starting placekicker position, regardless of league or skill level, is overkill. Not everything needs a navbox, especially second-tier football positions. Most of the articles will likely never be created, especially concerning WP:GNG, and so the need for this is almost non-existent. Jrcla2 ( talk) 21:47, 10 November 2011 (UTC)

This navbox footer which is added to NBA roster navboxes (e.g. bottom of Template:Dallas Mavericks current roster) causes undue clutter when most readers would not naturally navigate from an article to a navbox (not even an article) of another team's roster. A similar NBA footer is under discussion at Wikipedia:Templates_for_discussion/Log/2011_November_5#Template:NBA_roster_list_footer. In baseball, a similar navigation footer was already discussed and deleted per consensus at Wikipedia:Templates_for_discussion/Log/2011_August_26#Template:MLB_roster_footer. Lists of NBA rosters already exist at List_of_current_Western_Conference_NBA_team_rosters and List_of_current_Eastern_Conference_NBA_team_rosters for those wanting access to multiple teams' rosters. — Bagumba ( talk) 21:11, 10 November 2011 (UTC)

The template is not used and has no likelihood of being used. Only transclusions are to User:Moopinator and User:Moopinator/FORTYTWO. This user was last active June 13, 2008, so it is unlikely to be used going forward. — Senator2029 | talk 18:50, 10 November 2011 (UTC)
