Ashley kennedy3 was
blocked for 1 week 6 days ago, for egregious personal attacks against me. These attacks came on the heels of an
edit dispute he had with me at
Banias, over the inclusion of an incident in the Lake Huleh area, documented in a book by John Francis Wilson. Subsequent to the block, he has started compiling what amounts to an
attack page on me on his Talk page, alleging all sorts of "bad faith" edits (which are nothing more than your run of the mill content disputes) - amongst them accusations of "bad faith" as they relate to my edits on
Banias, and specifically to the incident documented in the book by John Francis Wilson, which I had removed as irrelevant. He has also put together what appears to be a draft for a new version of the article, including the addition of a
new source - "Water for the Future: The West Bank and Gaza Strip, Israel, and Jordan", By U.S. National Academy of Sciences. Two days ago, while Ashley kennedy3 was still blocked, a new user - Charlie O'Sulivan - suddenly appeared on the
Banias page and
related Talk page,
repeating very similar allegations of "bad faith", relating to the same source and same specific incident used by Ashley kennedy3 (the book by John Francis Wilson, p.178), and
adding to the article the very same new source that Ashley kennedy3 was proposing in his draft on his talk page. This was Charlie O'Sulivan's very first edit to Wikipedia.

I have requested a checkuser on the two accounts, and the request came back as "* Likely Technical and behavioral evidence indicates that it likely that
