Exactly the same edits, just trying to push their POV on to the Second city of the United Kingdom article and I fear they will keep changing IP to avoid 3RR. Also being uncivil in edit summaries and calling me "malicious" for posting a note about the 3RR rule. Has also created a new account solely to defend themselves on this sock case and be more uncivil towards me.
Have reviewed this and Joshii has been trying to push his own POV agenda on the article Second city of the United Kingdom where he is trying various tactics to hide the fact that the MORI poll source is contradictory in itself and does not therefore agree with his own POV. User:79.73.134.13 has been acting in good faith within the spirit of Wikipedia by removing weasel wording. User:Carlosschinn ( talk) 21:45, 21 March 2008 (UTC) reply
Carloschinn blocked indef (I mean, come off it...they don't quack louder than that). I am loathe to block the IPs, though - contributions are (now) quite old, and they may not be static IPs. GB T/ C 19:10, 5 April 2008 (UTC) reply
