Z812483032 and their sock YiGuo-JinDouYun are already blocked. They had created SwitchBot, which Jimfbleak G11'd earlier this month. Now newish user Ejajsheik23 has created a new (but different in content, per Jimfbleak) draft on the same topic, at Draft:SwitchBot, currently going through AfC.

Apart from that connection, compare the language and style of writing at Ejajsheik23's user page with that on YiGuo-JinDouYun's before it was replaced with the sock template as well as on Z812483032's. Similarly, see this comment User_talk:Ingenuity#Can_you_give_me_a_reason_and_tell_me_how_to_improve?_For_page_Momcozy by Z812483032, and compare against this Wikipedia:Teahouse#I_need_help_for_my_new_wiki_page by Ejajsheik23. Seems to me like the same person.

Also, Ejajsheik23's edit history (created their user page, made the requisite ten edits, waited a month, and then created a fully-fledged article in one fell swoop) and knowledge of Wikipedia editing is not that of a new user with <50 edits, as also pointed out by David notMD in that Teahouse convo. -- DoubleGrazing ( talk) 13:55, 25 October 2023 (UTC) reply

After two weeks of radio silence, Draft:SwitchBot has just been edited (and resubmitted for AfC review), by Owen104, so I'm adding them here also, just in case some connection emerges.
