NCISfan2 has recently registered and begun rather aggressively misusing warning templates as well as engaging in a variety of unusual activities, particularly for a seemingly new editor. He came to my attention on March 2, 2012 when he placed two warnings for vandalism [1] on my talk page, for edits on an unspecified page I can only guess was NCIS, on which I had last edited in late January 2012. The warnings were immediately removed as invalid by Aussie Legend [2]. My concern with him grew when he did much the same thing to Aussie Legend on March 14, 2012, warning him for biting an unspecified newbie on an unspecified page [3]. I removed the warning on Aussie Legend's talk page [4], and left a warning for NCISfan2 regarding absuse of warning templates [5]. At that point, the contents of his talk page included several warnings for worrying conduct, ranging from other abuses of templates, a "classified" investigation of an IP user (who appears to be a school-mate) [6], [7], [8] and directions to admins how to act on two block reviews: [9], along with messages and warnings from several experienced editors suggesting he concentrate on his editing of articles, not on the affairs of others, particularly given how new he seemingly was himself. [10]. None of this in and of itself suggested he was a sockpuppet, but certainly indicated he was more experienced than six weeks' editing would have suggested. The final straw was a message on the Bureaucrats' Noticeboard, requesting they remove Aussie Legend's admin powers [11] on the strength of his word alone, which was quickly removed by Floquenbeam, accompanied by another warning. I exchanged a message or two with DoriSmith, who had also had some issues with him, and decided some sort of action was in order.
In reviewing his edit and talk page histories, I came across the following, which lead me to believe NCISfan2 is a sockpuppet of WBJB03: [12]. It might have been innocent, so I checked further and noted several telling commonalties with WBJB03 and previous sock WBJB003 including interests in Lego/Lego News, Roblox and the television show NCIS, and particularly telling, NCISfan2's very limited editing of articles, and fascination with elaborate layout of his talk page, particularly with developing userboxes and templates. WBJW03 and 003 showed similar, if less developed interests and equally limited article editing before each was blocked after short periods of editing. Most intriguing, and perhaps telling is the addition of the following userbox on NCISfan2's talk and user pages: [13]. WBJB003 is a blocked sock of WBJB03 ( talk · contribs), so I see how the sockmaster could get confused. CoolWill also has an interest in Roblox. He's fooling no one. There's a whole string of similarities: little editing in article space, editing to Roblox, his mania for setting up his talk page including a spate of requests for help, welcoming himself to Wikipedia, the same page headings (at school, etc.), the same color combination for his signature as the previous sock (NCISfan2), and let's see... what else did I forget? Oh yes! He's also asking for access to an IP (66.206.115.182) from the Nassau County (NY) school system that he's previously been associated with. - After Drmargi informed me that WBJB03 was back, I looked at CoolWill's edits before coming here and came to the same conclusion that everyone else seems to arraived at. The infatuation with setting up his talk page instead of making constructive edits, and heading to Talk:Roblox were especially telling. Looks like a duck to me After RobloxPlayer1 recently, and inappropriately, restored a copyvio claiming the removal was harassment,

Like the other socks he is a male teenager who likes Roblox, robotics, NCIS and userboxes, which admittedly may all be a coincidence, as might be the fact that "(Redacted)" is his email address (CoolWill is one of the blocked socks).
