These three users write in the same way, at the same point of view, and have exactly the same attitudes. First he used the TownDown's account then he retired it, and began to use Prodigynet with the PuebloUnited. Now PuebloUnited is retired and he began to use TownDown again. Check the history of editions and the talk page of this article: http://en.wikipedia.org/?title=List_of_Latin_American_subnational_entities_by_Human_Development_Index&action=history He switches the accounts to not be identified and promoted a strong bias with his 3 accounts. Here is another example, probably by mistake, he edited the page of Prodigynet with the account Pueblo United: http://en.wikipedia.org/?title=User_talk:Prodigynet&diff=prev&oldid=301509903 and spoke to himself(TownDown) using the Pueblo United account: http://en.wikipedia.org/?title=User_talk:TownDown/Archive_2&diff=prev&oldid=307703124

This account started editing a few hours after User:TownDown was blocked (07:04, 17 August 2009) for sockpuppetry. Its user page [1] is at the moment identical to the pre-block user page [2] of TownDown; the only changes (as regards the markup in the page itself, rather than subpages) are those necessary to adapt the page to the new user name. Also, the edits made so far are similar; see e.g. [3] [4] as compared to these edits [5] [6] of TownDown. It seems quite likely that this account is another sockpuppet of User:TownDown.
