Clerk note: Clerk declined. In order to facilitate and expedite your request, please provide
diffs to support your case. Please give two or more diffs meeting the following format:
At least one diff is from the sockmaster (or an account already blocked as a confirmed sockpuppet of the sockmaster), showing the behaviour characteristic of the sockmaster.
At least one diff per suspected sockpuppet, showing the suspected sockpuppet emulating the behaviour of the sockmaster given in the first diff.
In situations where it is not immediately obvious from the diffs what the characteristic behaviour is, a short explanation must be provided. Around one sentence is enough for this.

Administrator note I'm seeing a big overlap between the two. From
this report I see 15 pages the two accounts have in common, editing within 2 days of each other, which include 30 of the 48 total edits that SultanNicole has made to Wikipedia. That alone is a pretty strong connection. I haven't yet taken the time to compare communication styles, editing patterns, logs, or any other things that I normally check for. -- Atama頭20:49, 2 June 2014 (UTC)reply
Further evidence, at
this user talk page both editors making the same argument, using similar communication styles, one following the other.
Also, look at SultanNicole's
first edit. It was to reinstate
this edit after it
was reverted. Amazing that SultanNicole would be
created and two minutes later reinstate one of The Tepes's edits that was reverted. The next two edits,
here and
here were also to edit-war with Andreas11213 and reinstate edits of The Tepes that were reverted.
Look at
this discussion, where SultanNicole showed up to support The Tepes. Also, look down to
this section where someone pointed out to SultanNicole that "You're the second person here to talk about "dodgy" polling sources, and I'm curious which outfits you're talking about." Just guess who the first person was.
The behavioral evidence is overwhelming. The Tepes has been using SultanNicole abusively, to edit war and to sway consensus in discussions. I can see no other way to explain this, aside from possible meatpuppetry, which would be effectively the same thing anyway. Based on this I'm willing to block SultanNicole indefinitely, and block The Tepes for a month. -- Atama頭16:00, 3 June 2014 (UTC)reply
(Non-administrator comment) Thanks for taking an interest and doing the behavioral analysis on this case. I hadn't had time to assemble the diffs, etc., requested above but your analysis revealed much more than the diffs would have done anyway. DwpaulTalk 16:15, 3 June 2014 (UTC)reply
