All accounts are on US office hours, same editing style, all of them are focused on adding the same kind of publications and insubstantial recognitions to David Petraeus (with the exception of the master account, who has edited more articles). •  Awaiting administrative action - please indef DataSloth and Nadin155. These accounts have temporal and behavioural overlap and are likely engaging in undisclosed paid/COI editing based on their WP:SPA editing pattern and overlap with the TardyMarmot group (see Michael Fjord's userpage [1]). Behaviourally, Fedora15 and Kawaiighibli also look like the same person; they're stale and I don't think it's necessary to block them at this time, but this furthers the impression that this isn't a legitimate use of multiple accounts. TardyMarmot is an UPE company working long-term for General Atlantic, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, Lazard and others. They generally focus on biographies of executives these companies. These new batch of accounts overlap in these:

• General Atlantic-related: RikkyRob ( [2] [3])
• Lazard-related: RikkyRob ( [4], also see these Commons uploads with permission tickets [5] [6], overlap on Bianna Golodryga who is the spouse of a Lazard exec), HauntsQuants (added a corporate image uploaded by RikkyRob [7]), PeterMadigan ( every contrib).
• Kohlberg Kravis Roberts-related: HauntsQuants (see contribs on David Petraeus).

Note that both past TardyMarmot socks, who disclosed their relation to General Atlantic, as well as RikkyBob, have been uploading images for these customers with permission tickets, so VRT agents could check some further data. However, I don't think it's strictly necessary, and the evidence presented here, as well as the mere presence of these permission tickets and their submission timing should be enough. However, I have no doubt that there is UPE going on here (and in the case of PeterMadigan, there are technical reasons the think that as well as behavioural ones) and likely off-wiki collusion, so am blocking all as suspected to this case.
