Alright so this particular IP address, 101.99.12.214, was previously mentioned by another user in the first SPI report. No action was taken on that address at the time of closure as there was no recent disruption from that IP address at that time.
However, soon after the extended-confirmed protection at Steps discography expired, this same 101.99.12.214 IP address performed almost exactly the same kind of edits that the Steptacular12 account and its sockpuppets have been adding – compare this diff by the IP to this diff by Steptacular12. The "25 Revisited & Alternated Videos" section added in both edits is probably the clearest giveaway here.
I recommend a 1+ month block on the 101.99.12.214 IP address given that it's been active and at it for over two weeks (11–12 June, then 27 June). — AP 499D25 (talk) 09:58, 29 June 2024 (UTC)
Update the next day: I have added the IP range 14.177.0.0/16 to the report. The individual IP addresses 14.177.239.15 and 14.177.9.221 have been used to disrupt various articles about Steps, and /16 is the smallest range those two addresses fit into. My recommendation for this range would be to partially block it from editing the two following pages: Steps (pop group), Steps discography, since this disruption is only occurring on just those two pages pretty much. — AP 499D25 (talk) 06:37, 30 June 2024 (UTC)
