Cheesesteak1 was created 05:12, 20 January 2019 (UTC) ( log) (about nine hours after Squeaky Rubber Duck blocked for their original username “Prince Phillip in a collision” ( log)) By 04:29, 16 February 2019 (UTC) Cheesesteak1 was able to go through the mechanics of a non-admin closure of a AFD. Obviously Cheesesteak1 had past experience with Wikipedia. (I have been a Wikipedian since 2005, but I couldn’t tell you how to do a non-admin closure.)

Both are obsessed with the Prince Philip accident: Squeaky Rubber Duck created 2019 Prince Philip road accident and recreated it as 2019 Prince Philip Road Accident and Licence Surrender after it was deleted by AFD. Cheesesteak1 made a non-admin closure ( dif) against consensus of the AFD of the second article and edit warred ( dif and dif) to maintain that closure. — teb728 t c 10:07, 16 February 2019 (UTC) reply

Well I guess the mechanics of closure are not as obscure as I thought. — teb728 t c 11:21, 16 February 2019 (UTC) reply
