If you'll look at the edit history for both of these accounts you will notice that both of these accounts participated in editing of same exact articles - for example, both did similar edits in List of countries by GDP_(nominal), List of countries by GDP (PPP), List of tallest buildings in Europe, and for more clear evidence - both have tried to remove information about Russian Koreans from certain articles, for example here it is being done by Shokioto22 and here is it being done by Noelmantra - even though the articles are different the main goal appears to be the same, and for most recent and most clear evidence - here is an example to portray a certain living person as having a specific ethnic origin/nationality: compare this and this edits by Shokioto22 with this one done by Noelmantra, both are trying to achieve same exact thing. Even more suspicious is when I have warned the original editor, Shokioto22, that user stopped doing any edits altogether (last edit on that account was on October 26th of last year) and after about a month the Noelmantra appears and immediately starts to do similar edits, as you can see from both of these user's histories. Maybe I am wrong (and if I am - I apologize for a wasted time), but all of this looks like a very likely attempt at sockpuppetry to me... Rndomuser ( talk) 03:45, 11 March 2013 (UTC)
